Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at nana squishy. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer worldwide shipping.

Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days (varies by destination country).

Express Shipping (if applicable): Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, extreme weather, or peak holiday seasons.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active within 24-48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties and Taxes
nana squishy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check your local customs regulations before placing an order.

5. Damages and Lost Packages
If your squishy toys or other products arrive damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at zhongpeng31927@gmail.com with photos of the damage.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local courier. We will also do our best to assist you in locating the package.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
